Payment and Refund Policy

To confirm your kiteboarding adventure, a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. This secures your spot and ensures we can prepare for your unforgettable experience.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the start of your trip.

Refunds:

If you cancel more than 3 weeks before your trip, your deposit will be refunded minus a small administrative fee.

Cancellations made within 3 weeks of the trip are non-refundable.
